Signed on the phone. Checkable by anyone.
E-signature built into H2 Organizer. Workers sign in Mi Chamba with a sign pad, acknowledgments read in English or Spanish, and each signed copy carries a QR code that confirms it.
What you get
English and Spanish acknowledgments.
The worker reads what they are signing in a language they know.
QR verification.
Every signed acknowledgment has a QR code that opens a page confirming the signature.
Preview before signing.
Workers see the filled PDF before they sign, and sensitive fields like SSN and I-94 are locked so they can’t be changed by mistake.
Your own templates.
Build templates with text, date, checkbox and dropdown fields that prefill from the worker’s record, including housing, room and bed.
Pay documents, acknowledged.
Paystubs and timesheets can go out for acknowledgment automatically, with a stamped PDF when the worker confirms.
How it works
Step one: choose a template.
You can also send a request, with or without a file.
Step two: the worker signs in Mi Chamba.
They use the sign pad after previewing the filled document.
Step three: the signed copy is filed.
It stays with the worker, stamped and verifiable by QR code.
Proof the worker saw it, in a language they read.
A signature only counts if the worker understood the document. The worker sees what they are signing, in English or Spanish. The signed copy is stamped, and anyone can confirm it with a QR code.
Paperwork signed before the first shift.
