When the documents do not match.

Cross-document checks flag a worker when the documents do not match. Each row shows Docs match or Docs mismatch.

Reverification is counted in two windows, within 30 days and within 90 days, plus a separate count when it is overdue.

Remediations, by worker and by contract.

Open remediations show on the worker and on the contract. Overdue remediations are counted on their own.

Counsel verification.
